Everyone knows the name Twiggy. She is the epitome of London cool, the swinging sixties and elfin mod beauty. Lesley Lawson, as she is otherwise known, hit fame in the mid-1960s with her signature large eyes, long lashes and short hair. She was named "The Face of 1966" at the time by the Daily Express, and voted British Woman of the Year.
Twiggy is remembered as one of the first international supermodels and a sixties fashion icon. As gorgeous as ever, Lesley still works in TV and modelling to this day.
